I am excited to announce Release and Elevate, my first virtual Ascension Studio of 2023. They are called Ascension Studios, rather than courses or webinars because studios are where artists and creators do their thing – sculpt, record, paint, dance, play, and more. And we are all here to ascend!
Unlike typical courses or webinars, Ascension Studios are engaging sessions where we co-create life transformation together. We share, practice techniques, get a little messy, and experiment together.
As I continued to meditate, pray, and tune into what I should offer first, I kept receiving guidance to share what I’ve released in my own life and strategies that you can use to release what may be holding you back in your own life.
You might have noticed that this has been a theme in the recent Release and Thrive webinar and recent YouTube videos I’ve released.
We usually have some sense of what we need to release, but rarely do cookie-cutter strategies get us there. As someone who has consulted for the White House and who has worked with small and large groups to create tangible, lasting change in their lives, I bring insights and deep experience but, most importantly, a profound passion for sharing proven strategies with you.
This Ascension Studio will provide an intimate and safe setting to:
- Put more specific language around what is holding you back so that you can more fully release it
- Learn the top 5 strategies and approaches that make people successful despite barriers and challenges
- Implement simple but effective systems and structures to usher out the old and embrace the new
- Fine-tune your mental and spiritual muscles to ease you into these processes
- Learn how to use your existing talents and skills to release and elevate
- Participate in interactive exercises (I’m all about making learning and life transformation fun!)
- Listen to Dr. Osa’s story times with juicy details about how she continues to elevate (I love to tell a good story!)
- Meet fellow Golden Souls who are on the journey to elevation

- This virtual 4-week course is limited to 10 participants.
- There will be 5 live conversations with me and 4 prewritten/prerecorded sessions.
- The first session begins on March 31st at 7 PM ET.
